Straight answers

What's the home time policy?

Company drivers pick their lane — OTR, regional, or local seats. Owner operators run flexible and choose how they run; lease-to-own drivers run flexible, coordinated with dispatch. Ask your recruiter what applies to the seat you want.

How and when do I get paid?

[Placeholder — owner to confirm pay schedule, direct deposit, and settlement day for owner operators.]

Can I bring a rider or a pet?

[Placeholder — owner to confirm rider and pet policy.]

What are the lease-to-own terms?

[Placeholder — owner to confirm lease terms, down payment, and payoff structure.] You'll get every number in writing before you sign anything.

Is dispatch forced or open board?

[Placeholder — owner to confirm dispatch style.] Either way, you'll always talk to a person, not a portal.

Do I need a CDL for box trucks?

No — our box trucks run under 26,000 lbs GVWR, so no CDL is required. You'll still need a clean MVR and a DOT medical card.
