Straight answers

What's the home time policy?

Home time depends on how you choose to run. Local drivers are typically home daily, regional drivers are usually home weekly, and OTR schedules are arranged around your preferred time on the road. Your recruiter will confirm the schedule for your position before you start.

How and when do I get paid?

Company drivers are paid weekly by direct deposit. Owner operators receive weekly settlements after all required load documents are submitted. You'll receive a clear breakdown of miles, loads, deductions, and reimbursements with every payment.

Can I bring a rider or a pet?

Yes, approved riders and pets are welcome in most trucks. Prior authorization, required documentation, and applicable safety or insurance guidelines must be completed before they come on the road with you.

What are the lease-to-own terms?

Lease terms depend on the truck and program available when you apply. Your agreement will clearly show the down payment, weekly truck payment, maintenance responsibilities, insurance costs, contract length, and final purchase option. You'll receive every number in writing before signing anything.

Is dispatch forced or open board?

Company drivers work with assigned dispatch to keep miles consistent and freight moving. Owner operators have non-forced dispatch and may accept or decline loads based on their business needs. Either way, you'll work directly with a dispatcher — not an automated portal.

Do I need a CDL for box trucks?

No — our box trucks run under 26,000 lbs GVWR, so no CDL is required. You'll still need a clean MVR and a DOT medical card.
