1. Who we are
This website is operated by ZUZA Logistics LLC ("ZUZA," "we," "us"), an Illinois-based motor carrier located at 5900 S Archer Rd, Ste 244, Summit Argo, IL 60501, operating under USDOT 4147176 and MC-1591289. By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Applications and submissions
Submitting a driver application or a freight quote request is not an offer of employment, a contract of carriage, or a guarantee of a rate or a seat. All information you submit must be truthful and accurate; submitting false information may disqualify your application. Driver applications are subject to verification required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), including background checks, previous-employer verification, and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries — these proceed only with the consents you grant during the application. Program details, pay, and requirements are confirmed only in writing by ZUZA during the hiring process; nothing on this site is a binding offer.
3. Communications
If you give us your phone number and consent during the application, we may contact you about your application by phone, text message, and email. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of employment. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of emails via the contact address below.
4. Intellectual property
The ZUZA name, logo, and all content on this site (text, graphics, and design) are the property of ZUZA Logistics LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach or probe security, no interfering with the site's operation, and no submitting false or automated applications or quote requests.
6. Third-party links
This site links to third-party resources (for example, the FMCSA SAFER company snapshot). Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZUZA Logistics LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. These terms do not govern any employment, lease, or carriage relationship you may later enter with ZUZA — those are covered by their own written agreements.
10. Changes and severability
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date below reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
