Privacy Policy
This policy describes how ZUZA Logistics LLC (5900 S Archer Rd, Ste 244, Summit Argo, IL 60501) handles information collected through this website. The short version: we collect what the forms ask for, we use it to hire drivers and respond to shippers, and we don't sell it to anyone.
What we collect
Driver applications: your name, contact details, location, license and qualification information, program preferences, and — for owner operators — basic equipment details, along with the consents you check on the final step. Freight quote requests: company and shipment details. Technical data:our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operations. We use no third-party advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Your browser's local storage is used only for site functionality — saving an unfinished application draft on your device (cleared after 7 days or on submission) and remembering that you've seen the intro animation.
How we use it
Application data is used to evaluate your application and contact you about driving for ZUZA — by phone, text, and email, per the contact consent you give on the form (reply STOP to any text to opt out). With your separate written consents, we run the screening the FMCSA requires of motor carriers: background and previous-employer verification, PSP records, and Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse queries. Quote requests are used to respond with rates and capacity. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.
What we share — and what we don't
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. It is shared only with: our service providers who operate the site and deliver form submissions to us (Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery); the screening and government systems involved in driver qualification (such as the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse), only with your consent as part of your application; and authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep application information for as long as it's reasonably needed for recruiting. If you are hired, driver qualification records are retained as federal motor carrier regulations require. Quote requests are kept as long as needed to handle the request and our business records.
Security
Forms are submitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (where the law doesn't require us to keep it), contact info@zuzalogistics.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us. We do not collect biometric identifiers through this site.
Children
This site is for professional driver recruiting and freight services and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new date. Material changes to how we handle application data will be communicated to active applicants.
